How to use:

1.Put it to cup of warm water (70¡æ to 80¡æ) till soft for about 10 seconds

2.If it is soft, insert it to your upper teeth in mouth

3.To memorize your mold of teeth, bite it 10~15 seconds

4.If it is fit to your teeth, clean it with water and use it

5.If it is not fit to your mouth, you can fix it again from step 1

Note: Setting the water temperature of 70-80 degrees is appropriate, soaking time should not exceed 10 seconds
